Tatiana Kogevinas
With more than 12 years of experience teaching English and a strong academic background, including a Master's degree in Special Education and CELTA certification, I am committed to providing a learning environment that is effective, supportive, and motivating.
My teaching approach is grounded in clarity, adaptability, and the belief that every learner can succeed with the right tools and support. I closely attend to each learner's needs and adapt my methods accordingly. This approach has proven especially beneficial for learners with diverse profiles, including those with dyslexia and other learning difficulties.
My learners regularly comment on my ability to explain English grammar and language concepts clearly and on how easily they understand my English. Beyond language development, my goal is also to help learners build confidence and enjoy communicating in English.
Having lived in London, Switzerland, and California, I bring an international, multicultural perspective to my teaching, enriching classroom discussions and deepening understanding of the English-speaking world.
Beyond teaching, I enjoy outdoor activities such as skiing and hiking. My passion for literature, the arts, and languages also informs my teaching practice and helps make learning more engaging and meaningful.
